Add-on: Microsoft certification, Experience in CRM or ERP projects

Should be a hard core .Net developer. Should be a good team player with leadership qualities to lead the team members to achieve the organizational goals. Need to have good exposure on testing methodologies. Need to Analyze, design, develop software processes and evaluation of various flows and processes. Should work towards innovative ideas and improve the software development methodologies. Must take responsibility for the quality of the project deliverables and schedule. Keeping the team and the client happy - by delivering the agreed work in an mutually acceptable time frame by following / improving the software development life cycle methodologies.
